I love that site

This is totally true, but it's not about the search or the websites you can use to find the answers quickly, It's about people's attitude !!

And of course one of major skill for any developer is the ability to get answers whether by using search or forums.

@ Hosam: You are correct, but there are people who has third skill, which is keep asking

That's why I am not always answering their questions and sometimes, I use the above way to change their minds.

lol, I usually incorporate that into my blog posts when I sometimes mention sth obvious then hyperlink it, I think of it as a slap on the hands, people should know how to right click in Firefox then click Google Selection.

i have small comment there, yes ppl tend to ask, and some don't have a search skills, so there is a better way that you can answer ppl questions also, make them learn search in same time, its simple to send them the google page after searching, by this way you are showing them how did you search, how did you wrote keywords and how u wrote it. so u have helped them by answering the questions and educating them about how to search ;)
