Sometimes, you face people who asked you direct questions that can be found on Google. In the past, I used to ask them to send me an email with the question and I respond by sending the Google search results that I find for them. My query string always contains their exact email body they sent me. I did this only to encourage them to search before asking. In public forums I use tiny URL to encourage them open the URL. Recently, I found a website that delivers the message in a better way: Let me google it for you. It is amazing and funny.
